Olympia Exhibition Hall, London

The Olympia Exhibition Hall glazing replacement stands as one of our most complex and technically demanding projects.

Following earlier remedial works, we were appointed to deliver a full replacement of the National Hall roof glazing system after the existing waterproofing reached the end of its lifespan.

Project Highlights:

• 1,460m² of replacement roof glazing
• 2,400+ linear metres of traditional glazing bars
• Replacement of three glazing tiers and a full gable façade

To meet strict heritage requirements, we installed our Traditional Patent Glazing system using laminated glass designed to replicate Georgian wired glass while delivering modern safety performance.

Working within a live exhibition environment, we implemented a suspended access system to ensure events could continue uninterrupted – a key example of delivering complex glazing works with minimal disruption.

Winter Gardens, Blackpool

The restoration of the Spanish Hall at the Winter Gardens Blackpool showcases our capability in heritage glazing for culturally significant buildings.

Using our Heritage patent glazing system, we replicated the original structure with handmade lead-clothed steel glazing.

Vinery Road, Cambridge

At Vinery Road in Cambridge, we delivered a modern commercial glazing solution designed to transform an existing warehouse into a high-quality, light-filled office space.

To meet the project’s performance requirements, we proposed our 4Edge Pro patent glazing system – a cost-effective alternative to the originally specified solution, offering enhanced performance across multiple areas.

Project Highlight:

• Class 2 non-fragility rating for improved safety
• Triple-glazed units with laminated safety glass
• Enhanced thermal and acoustic performance

The system was approved following a detailed technical submission and successfully installed as part of a fully integrated roof design. The result is a bright, energy-efficient office environment that meets modern commercial demands.

We replaced over 1,000m² of glazing within the County Arcade using a Traditional aluminium patent glazing system with 7mm Georgian wired cast glass, carefully matching the original design.
