The Standard Patent Glazing Company places a high priority on all issues relating to Health & Safety, particularly as our on-site activities are governed by the 'Work at Heights' Regulations. We are also responsible for the welfare of our fabricators in our 2,600m2 factory complex. Our commitment to Health & Safety has been justifiably rewarded with the award of 'Best Safety Performance' from the Glass Charter Organisation (see below).

All of our employees are totally aware of their responsibilities with regard to Health & Safety and the relevant staff hold the appropriate qualifications in connection with their duties, which include NEBOSH, IOSH, PTS, PAL-IPAF, First Aid, Erection of Mobile Tower Scaffolding and CSCS, of which we hold a Gold Standard certificate.

Our training and improvement efforts are on-going, whereby our employees continue to attend CITB training courses. Our Management and Consultants give regular Tool Box talks and our annual 'Safety Action Improvement Plan' ensures an unbroken cycle of our commitment to Health & Safety.
