From the M1
Exit M1 at Junction 40. Follow A638 into Dewsbury Town Centre. At traffic
lights turn left going downhill. Proceed through next set of main lights.
Take next available left turning (next to Dewsbury Minster). Pass over the
bridge and get in right hand lane at traffic lights. Proceed straight on through
lights for half a mile. Look out for a Church with a clock tower on the left.
Approach a double mini roundabout. Take right turning on SECOND roundabout
onto FORGE LANE. Proceed under railway bridge. The Standard Patent Glazing
Co. is on your left. Car parking is available.
From the M62
Turn off at Junction 25. Take second turning left at the roundabout for the
A444. Carry straight on for approximately 1 mile and go straight ahead at
the roundabout. On the left you will pass the public house 'The Three Nuns'.
Turn right at the next set of traffic lights onto Huddersfield road. Carry
on for approx. 2 miles passing Mirfield and Ravensthorpe and eventually entering
Dewsbury Town Centre. When you have reached Dewsbury Bus station (on the left)
and B&Q DIY store (on the right), turn right at the traffic lights. Pass over
the bridge and get in right hand lane at traffic lights. Proceed straight
on through lights for half a mile. Look out for a Church with a clock tower
on the left. Approach a double mini roundabout. Take right turning on SECOND
roundabout onto FORGE LANE. Proceed under railway bridge. The Standard Patent
Glazing Co. is on your left. Car parking is available.
